Associate, Corporate System - Hospitality (6-Month Contract)
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate, Corporate System - Hospitality (6-Month Contract) to join our team at Frasers Property. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient system integrations between Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management tools. As an Associate in this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pre-opening activities of PMS projects and providing Day 2 support. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver IT services and solutions for PMS across all properties.
- Review and analyze revenue and reservations reports to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement corporate standard coding conventions and define them for properties.
- Conduct integration tests to ensure data flow works seamlessly.
- Perform enhancement tests on new features and implement them across properties as needed.
- Monitor and track rollout progress at properties and guide teams on setup where necessary.
- Generate and maintain project documentation for Hospitality Applications.
- Create and maintain user guides and training manuals with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position in Reservations or Front Office.
- Corporate office experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with system upgrades such as PMS, CRS, or CRM.
- Working knowledge of electronic distribution channels in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to articulate fundamentals of forecasts, market segmentation, shopping/pricing/channel tools, and basic revenue management concepts.
