About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Sports Marketing - Tennis to join our dynamic team at Adidas. This role is pivotal in driving sports credibility and enhancing the brand's visibility in the tennis category. As an Assistant Manager Sports Marketing - Tennis remote professional, you will work closely with athletes and partners to deliver exceptional service and support.

What You'll Do

• Provide premium and personalized servicing to our global portfolio of athletes and ambassadors.
• Develop and maintain partner relations, ensuring consistent communication with agents, athletes, and brand partners.
• Support the Global Sports Marketing Tennis team in maximizing our contractual rights packages and achieving commercial targets.
• Coordinate product planning, forecasting, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products to athletes.
• Assist in planning and executing key events, capturing processes, KPIs, and post-event learnings.
• Maintain internal systems for contracts and servicing, acting as a contact point for partners.
• Support data management for Specialist Sports partners, tracking and documenting portfolio KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Global Sports Marketing community on relevant initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sport Management.
• 2+ years of work experience in Sports Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the tennis sports category and a passion for sports.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under remote management.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
• Proficient in IT skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SAP.
