About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an AI & Automation Intern to join Hive Mechanics in a remote capacity. This internship is designed for individuals eager to dive into the world of AI and automation, providing a unique chance to learn and contribute to real-world projects. You will be part of a team that focuses on ideating, designing, and implementing practical AI and automation solutions that address real-life challenges.

What You'll Do

• Support the team in designing, refining, and implementing automation and AI solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience building no-code or low-code workflows, agents, and processes.
• Learn to solve real-life problems and approach AI from an operational perspective.
• Shadow leadership team meetings to understand strategic decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the optimization of business outcomes for our partners.
• Engage with a diverse team to foster an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Computer Science degree or a related field.
• Interest in no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Bardeen, Clay, n8n, Zep).
• Strong interest in AI applications and prompt engineering.
• Eager to learn and passionate about using technology to solve real problems.
• Good communication skills with a desire to develop client-facing abilities.
• Must have a valid work permit for the EU, UK, or US.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI model implementation in business processes.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools and agile methodologies.
