AI Automation Engineer - Remote Freelance Position

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will build AI and automation infrastructure for the People Operations team, enhancing operational processes and eliminating routine tasks. As an AI Automation Engineer remote, you will focus on the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop automations that streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Work with tools like ChatGPT, Notion API, Slack Bots, Zapier, and Make to create bots and integrations.
• Implement AI solutions for teams, including content generation and process optimization.
• Manage analytics and dashboards for reporting automation.
• Support internal teams with technical requests and event interactions.
• Oversee project management of automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise in automation, APIs, and integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical background with experience in automation, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Notion API, Slack API, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Node.js and React.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
