About the Role

We are looking for a talented Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in the crypto vertical. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth.

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling offers and promotional materials.
• Attend top international conferences to network and promote our affiliate program.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the crypto vertical.
• Familiarity with CPA/CPL/CPS models and affiliate networks.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
• Understanding of analytics, KPIs, and traffic specifics.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with partners.

Nice to Have

• Experience in buying or working closely with buyers.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Experience with CRM tools and tracking software.
