About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Based Marketing Director to join our team at Arkose Labs. This remote position is pivotal in driving our account-based marketing strategy, focusing on high-quality pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR) within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). As a leader in this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our marketing efforts and contribute to our mission of creating a secure online environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy that aligns with company revenue goals and ICP criteria.
- Define target account selection criteria and segmentation framework based on funnel analytics and historical conversion data.
- Design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns for target accounts, ensuring each campaign is hypothesis-driven with clear expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts based on pipeline potential and ARR opportunity.
- Implement comprehensive ABM dashboards tracking account engagement scores, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools, ensuring strong technical integrations.
- Conduct regular program reviews and present results to leadership, providing clear ROI analysis and pipeline attribution.
- Monitor account progression through buying stages and identify acceleration opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 5 years focused on account-based marketing.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and ARR through ABM programs.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose funnel performance issues and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with ABM platforms such as 6sense and Demandbase.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
- Experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
