ABA Medical Biller - Remote Position

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Medical Biller to join our team remotely. As an ABA Medical Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing and claims processing for our clients. What You'll Do

• Process medical billing and insurance claims for ABA therapy services.
• Utilize billing software and MS Office tools, including Excel, to manage accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate coding using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
• Handle prior authorizations and follow up on claims to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and team members to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities and patient interactions.
• Support revenue cycle management initiatives to optimize collections.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Experience in medical billing, preferably in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Familiarity with billing software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
