What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Experience with SQL, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and remote support tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VMware and Azure Virtual Desktop.
