About the Role

As a Software Engineer - Frontend Remote, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, self-contained prompts and ensuring the robustness of our applications.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations.
• Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks.
• Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection.
• Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness.
• Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
• Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI model training and evaluation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
