What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and test server-side logic using Java Spring Boot and other advanced backend technologies.
• Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, layouts, and clear code comments.
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code while optimizing existing components.
• Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams, including product management and UX designers, to implement innovative backend solutions.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
• Implement automated testing and unit tests in collaboration with the QA team.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, constantly seeking improvements in software quality.
• Stay updated with state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java.
• Proficiency in Java, Java Spring Boot, and database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development, as well as cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
