Senior Product Designer - Remote Opportunity for Pet Lovers

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our remote team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that enhance the journey of pet lovers. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about creating designs that not only attract users but also convert them into loyal customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for acquisition and onboarding, shaping web and mobile experiences from first touch to first payment.
• Optimize registration and onboarding flows to reduce friction, increase conversion, and clearly communicate value.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align design with strategy and experimentation goals.
• Co-lead an experimentation roadmap with the CRO Manager, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and ensuring design quality.
• Translate insights from user research and data into impactful product experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, building customer-centric, evidence-based patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on acquisition, onboarding, and conversion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and measurable business impact.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience framing complex challenges into actionable problem statements and hypotheses.
• Expertise in experimentation methods and rapid testing of design solutions.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, especially around value propositions and pricing.
• Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping, with experience using AI-assisted design tools.
• Proven ability to design across platforms, including native apps and responsive web.

Nice to Have

• Experience in subscription businesses, two-sided marketplaces, or complex products.
• Background in high-growth or scale-up environments with a strong experimentation culture.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude).
