About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mixed-Methods User Researcher - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods to enhance user experiences and drive impactful solutions. As a Senior Mixed-Methods User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our users effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive mixed-methods research to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
  • Design and implement user studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate research findings into product design and development.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of research methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user research, with a focus on mixed-methods approaches.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the health tech industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of mental health counseling practices.
