About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer (Freelancer) - Remote to join our dynamic team at Grupo Logiscenter, S.L. In this role, you will own the end-to-end integration layer across various platforms including Magento, TrueView, ServiceNow, and NetSuite. Your focus will be on ensuring reliable and accurate data flows between these systems, making a significant impact on our enterprise integrations.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain Magento ↔ TrueView integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Design and support integrations for customers, orders, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Work with Magento APIs and implement asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Design and maintain integrations with ServiceNow and NetSuite to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their integration needs.
  • Produce and maintain integration architecture diagrams and documentation for clarity and reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evolve integration contracts and improve processes.
  • Support testing, go-live, and production troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to security and architecture reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Exhibit high technical ownership and architectural influence throughout the integration lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international teams.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and a solid understanding of integration patterns.
  • 5+ years of experience in system-to-system integrations, showcasing your expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Magento or similar platforms, demonstrating your technical skills.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and data architecture to design effective solutions.
  • Experience with REST APIs and error handling to ensure robust integrations.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to drive integration success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data security best practices.
