About the Role
Are you passionate about both front-end and back-end development? We're currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js/React remote) to join our dynamic team at Innovecs. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing both the UI features and API endpoints of our applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs and build a product that meets those needs.
- Take full ownership of engineering projects from design through implementation to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and build software solutions used by thousands of customers.
- Write modular, secure, and well-tested code to enhance our applications.
- Improve our development environment by delivering enhancements to internal tooling and processes.
- Work closely with customer support to address user issues promptly and develop scalable solutions.
- Actively participate in our company culture and contribute to team improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software full-stack engineering with a strong focus on back-end development.
- Proficient in front-end development using React (must-have).
- 2-3 years of experience with Node.js for back-end development (must-have).
- Good understanding and experience with databases.
- Experience with cloud and serverless technologies, particularly AWS.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently.
- Proficient in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Supply Chain, Healthtech, Collaboration Tech, or Gaming sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
