Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Remote with Travel

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our dynamic team at Nearform. This remote position offers the opportunity to travel frequently to client sites across Europe, with all travel expenses covered by the company. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions that empower organizations to operationalize LLM-powered agents across their products and processes.

What You'll Do

• Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to integrate agentic capabilities with existing enterprise systems.
• Design and architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Implement multi-agent systems that support tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Work efficiently in teams of both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Provide strong consulting experience to plan and deliver complex client engagements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial experience at a Senior Engineer level.
• Significant experience in designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Ability to integrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes for deployment architectures.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience in Frontend development with React.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes.
