What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in a field engineer capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Grafana and related technologies such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, and Elasticsearch.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
