About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive - Telecommunications Remote to join our dynamic team at Digicel Pacific. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Sell Digicel’s products while adhering to established guidelines and criteria.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by effectively displaying products.
- Track all SIM cards and handsets received, ensuring faulty items are reported to the Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during all sales activities.
- Participate in stock counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for.
- Submit customer feedback and issues to the Team Leader for escalation.
- Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions and market intelligence.
- Achieve or exceed all set targets and KPIs.
- Utilize company-assigned tools and systems for communication and processes.
- Adhere to weekly schedules and participate in company promotions.
- Complete all mandatory training sessions.
Requirements
- A pass in Year 13 or equivalent.
- One year of working experience in a similar role within a mid to large organization.
- Sound knowledge of the latest mobile gadgets.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging campaigns.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work constructively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
