Research BD Manager/​Director - Remote Position at Binance

About the Role

We are seeking a Research BD Manager/Director to join our team at Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem. This remote position offers you the opportunity to shape the future of finance and cryptocurrency. As a key player in our organization, you will develop strong relationships with the project community, crypto founders, and top VCs, ensuring a continuous pipeline of innovative blockchain projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with crypto founders and venture capitalists.
• Proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on Binance.com and Binance Alpha features.
• Ensure a robust pipeline of quality projects for listing.
• Provide insights during the due diligence process, evaluating opportunities based on team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics.
• Drive internal approval processes and present listing rationales to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated efforts in deal sourcing and negotiation of terms.
• Represent Binance at relevant global events, enhancing our visibility in the crypto community.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding and relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including a strong grasp of trends, themes, and tokenomics.
• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• 8-10 years of relevant asset listing experience in crypto business, venture capital, or exchanges.
• Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with entrepreneurs and the startup community.
• Ability to work well within a team and be self-guided on a day-to-day basis.

Nice to Have
