Remote Technical Customer Support Associate - FinTech
About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Technical Customer Support Associate to join our team at Narmi. As a pivotal member of our customer support team, you will help us deliver best-in-class support to our growing customer base in the fintech industry. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-obsessed and detail-oriented, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Provide front-line support for Narmi customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate with customers to efficiently resolve questions and technical inquiries.
- Conduct troubleshooting to investigate or recreate technical issues, acting as a subject matter expert for Narmi products.
- Empower customers with self-service tools and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support and product experience, advocating for necessary changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Escalate customer feedback to enhance internal awareness of user experiences.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a technical customer support role, preferably in SaaS or financial services.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated thoroughness and accuracy in task execution.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer-facing conversations.
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in SaaS-based technology or digital banking.
- Familiarity with SaaS infrastructure and interpreting logs for troubleshooting.
- Availability to cover PST or MT timezone for West Coast customers.
