What You'll Do

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
• Engage with candidates to create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the crypto or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of Boolean sourcing and market intelligence techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience in software engineering or product design recruitment.
