Remote SEO Link Research Specialist - iGaming Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote SEO Link Research Specialist to join our rapidly growing SEO company specializing in the iGaming sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping websites achieve top rankings in search engines. You will work with a team of over 90 specialists, all operating remotely, and your contributions will directly impact our clients' success.

What You'll Do

• Conduct research to find new platforms and build link databases, focusing on crowd links, outreach, and tools like GSA/Xrumer.
• Clean and update existing databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Classify and structure databases by link type, geography, language, engine, and priority.
• Regularly update and maintain databases to keep them current.
• Collaborate with link builders to gather feedback on platform effectiveness.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and link-building strategies.
• Practical experience working with link databases, including crowd databases and outreach platforms.
• Familiarity with the nuances of promotion in gray niches, particularly in gambling and betting (preferred).
• Ability to work with large spreadsheets and data sets.
• Understanding of how to distinguish quality platforms from spammy, inactive sites.

Nice to Have

• Experience in scraping platforms and data collection.
• Skills in working with proxies and anti-captcha tools.
• Knowledge of spam metrics and filters (DR, TF/CF, MozRank, etc.).
• Experience in maintaining large link databases (thousands of domains or more).
