Remote Senior Product Manager - Lead Growth Initiatives

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at INFUSE. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative systems and tools that will drive our next stage of growth. As a Remote Senior Product Manager, you will partner with leadership and department heads to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
