About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team at Circle. This role is pivotal in driving critical initiatives such as billing and plan infrastructure, trial and onboarding flows, A/B experimentation, and expanding into analytics and member experiences. As a Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, your contributions will have a significant impact on millions of members engaging across Circle communities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications that enhance user experiences and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that support our growth initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine user experiences, ensuring they are seamless and intuitive.
• Participate in A/B testing and experimentation to optimize onboarding flows and member engagement.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable systems that support Circle's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on growth-oriented projects.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the online community or SaaS space.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems and billing infrastructure.
