About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team at Roofr. What You'll Do

• Help drive frontend architecture to the next stage of Roofr's systems.
• Work in a fast-paced cross-functional team that values doing things 'the right way'.
• Contribute to an early-stage company with an engineering-first culture.
• Engage in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop technical requirements.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications and reusable libraries.
• Implement unit, functional, and acceptance tests to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and support production applications to maintain optimal performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
