About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Salesforce System Administrator to join our team at inKind. This role is pivotal in managing our B2B recovery strategy, ensuring that we maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners while also protecting our financial interests. As a Remote Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for complex negotiations and recovery outcomes, making this a unique opportunity to blend finance, legal, and partner management.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of inKind's B2B recovery strategy across our restaurant partner portfolio.
• Independently manage high-risk accounts, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Engage in negotiations with ownership groups and operators to drive financial recovery.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and manage accounts effectively.
• Interpret P&Ls and contractual obligations to inform recovery strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B negotiations, preferably in a financial recovery context.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, cash flow, and risk management.
• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recovery outcomes.
