We are seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst to join our innovative team at OppFi. What You'll Do

  • Objectively evaluate customer-facing interactions, focusing on adherence to compliance guidelines and internal processes.
  • Utilize speech analytics technology to assess and provide feedback on monitored interactions.
  • Review and recommend quality assurance improvements based on your evaluations.
  • Identify common gaps and trends across the service center and provide actionable recommendations to close these gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Ops Risk to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with speech analytics technology and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
