We're hiring a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst to join our innovative team at OppFi. As a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. What You'll Do

• Objectively evaluate customer-facing interactions focusing on adherence to compliance guidelines and internal processes.
• Utilize speech analytics technology to assess and provide feedback on each monitored interaction.
• Review and recommend quality assurance improvements based on your evaluations.
• Identify common gaps and trends across the service center and provide actionable recommendations to close these gaps.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Ops Risk to enhance the overall quality of customer service.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends.
• Experience with speech analytics technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
