Remote Project Coordinator - Cloud Services

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Caylent. As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing projects that leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help organizations optimize their technology and workforce. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil while collaborating with a global team.

What You'll Do

• Manage all assigned projects, ensuring alignment between clients and delivery teams, and facilitate project planning and execution.
• Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline.
• Schedule and facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the delivery team to monitor progress.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories.
• Review and approve weekly project deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in cloud services or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience managing large-scale or enterprise clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with data engineering and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
