Remote HR Coordinator - Join a Leading HubSpot Agency
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote HR Coordinator to join SmartBug Media, the most decorated HubSpot agency. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes within our fully remote team of over 250 professionals. As a Remote HR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support across the human resource function, ensuring that our HR operations run seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the recruitment process, including ATS (Lever) administration, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters and manage new hire paperwork administration.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including conducting orientation and manager training.
- Monitor and maintain job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as the first point of contact for benefits questions and assist with annual enrollment.
- Process employee change actions, including terminations and promotions, and assist with bi-monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR communications.
- Assist with planning company events and activities to enhance workplace culture.
Requirements
- BA in Human Resources or SHRM-CP certification, with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Excited and able to work remotely.
