Remote Head of Partnerships - RegTech & IDV Focus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Head of Partnerships to join our growing team at HR Force International. In this pivotal role, you will build and scale our global partnership ecosystem, driving revenue through strategic alliances. As a Remote Head of Partnerships, you will leverage your expertise in RegTech and IDV to create impactful partnerships that enhance our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with system integrators, resellers, and fintech platforms to expand our reach.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements that drive mutual growth.
• Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) programs with technology partners to maximize visibility and revenue.
• Maximize channel-driven revenue through effective partnership management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and partnership performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within the SaaS or FinTech sectors.
• Deep knowledge of RegTech, IDV, and compliance-driven industries.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to create and manage revenue-generating partnerships effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
