About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Graphic Designer to join our innovative team at xAI. This role is pivotal in creating visual designs that inspire and educate the public about our AI systems. As a Remote Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with various teams to produce assets that span multiple platforms, including print, digital, and experiential graphic design.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative development and execution of visual design projects.
• Partner with the Communications, Content, and Creative teams to produce engaging assets.
• Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and generate new concepts based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research.
• Ensure all designs align with xAI's mission of advancing human knowledge through AI.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and execution in all visual representations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a tech or AI-related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with web design and digital marketing.
