About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at GoGuardian. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their goals through our innovative platform. As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with K-12 educational institutions to ensure they are maximizing the value of our solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of active customer accounts, focusing on retention and growth.
• Provide best-in-class support and customer success management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with New Business Managers on Strategic Growth Plans to drive renewals and expansions.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
• Proactively monitor customer health to identify and mitigate churn risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customers throughout their journey.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize feedback to improve our offerings and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.
