  • Engage ExtraHop end-users to provide targeted assistance and enablement.
  • Assist in assessing customer needs and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize ExtraHop's capabilities.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and network performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ExtraHop products is a plus.

  • Experience in the SLED (State, Local, Education, and Defense) sector.
