About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. As a Remote Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with various departments to assess risks and implement effective compliance strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance status and findings for stakeholders.
• Assist in training staff on compliance-related topics and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including AML, KYC, and SOC 2.
• Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in compliance or risk management.
• Experience in the retail electric industry.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and contract negotiation.
