About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Commercial Estimator / Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Commercial Estimator, you will be instrumental in analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate estimates, and contributing to strategic partnerships that enhance our service offerings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough blueprint reviews to prepare detailed commercial estimates.
• Engage in cold outreach to potential clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and client engagement.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and presentations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial estimating or business development.
• Strong understanding of CRM management and sales pipeline processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in tools such as PlanSwift and other estimating software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
