About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at OTST Corp. In this role, you will establish trust with clients and provide emotional guidance through chat support. Your ability to listen and understand clients' emotional issues will be crucial in helping them navigate their challenges.

What You'll Do

• Establish trust with clients by actively listening to their emotional concerns.
• Conduct emotional assessments and analyze root causes to develop tailored counseling plans.
• Provide emotional guidance and counseling services to assist clients in resolving their emotional issues.
• Help clients improve their emotional management skills and enhance their overall well-being.
• Assist clients in managing stressors and interpersonal conflicts through effective communication.
• Record counseling processes and outcomes while ensuring client confidentiality and information security.
• Continuously learn and enhance your professional skills in the emotional counseling field.
• Collaborate effectively with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or education is a plus.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated emotional stability and mature emotional management abilities.
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics and protecting client privacy.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and relevant training.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in emotional counseling or related fields.
