Remote Channel Business Manager - Biotech Focus
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Channel Business Manager to join our dynamic team at 10x Genomics. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the overall sales strategy within non-direct sales channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your experience in the biotech industry while working remotely from Australia.
What You'll Do
- Effectively onboard and offboard distributors to support global expansion and growth.
- Manage distributor contract renewal and amendment processes.
- Coordinate with third parties to effectively manage the distributor compliance process.
- Execute internal standardized processes around current and new partnerships.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Support functions to develop long-standing relationships with our partners.
- Liaise with global field teams to ensure strategic alignment and plan execution for continued business success.
- Attend distributor business reviews and other activities to support growth.
- Coordinate distributor monthly calls and training sessions.
- Be a key contributor to the global distributor annual sales meeting planning.
- Manage the Partner Portal, distributor promotion metrics, and SFDC opportunity management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Multi-year experience within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics in a global commercial capacity.
- Strong understanding of Academic, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech customer segments.
- Experience working with distributors, contract management, and analytics reporting.
