About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Representative to join CrowdRiff's dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in transforming the global travel industry through our innovative visual marketing platform. This position offers the opportunity to work with exciting international brands and leverage user-generated visuals to enhance their marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Work with exciting, international brands, helping them leverage user-generated visuals to drive their marketing efforts.
  • Supercharge your Business Development efforts and discover new opportunities within ideal prospective companies.
  • Qualify inbound leads, creating new opportunities for Account Executives as a primary responsibility.
  • Qualify and prospect outbound leads to manage top-of-funnel sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to enhance sales strategies.
  • Attend online industry trade shows and conferences to meet customers and prospects, representing the CrowdRiff brand.
  • Report on daily and weekly outbound activities, presenting wins and losses to the team.
  • Utilize technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot to manage and monitor your work effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in top-of-the-funnel inbound and outbound sales (open to recent grads).
  • Passion for the travel industry and experience in a startup, SaaS company, or the tourism industry are assets.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with user-generated content and visual marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales processes.
