About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Business Analyst to join our innovative team at TalentPop. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our operations for top E-commerce brands. This position is not just about analyzing data; it's about driving change and improving processes that enhance customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead requirement elicitation sessions with Finance and Recruitment leaders to identify pain points and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps using BPMN to streamline workflows related to headcount planning and expense reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure new tools align with business requirements.
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate process changes and system deployments.
  • Define and enforce standards for operational metrics and data points used in financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Experience with complex data sets and defining data relationships for Finance or Workforce Planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical specifications into business language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI dashboarding tools (Tableau/Power BI) or SQL querying.
