Remote Behavior Technician - Work with Children with Autism

About the Role

RYZ Labs is hiring a Remote Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays. As a Remote Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals develop essential social and communication skills while addressing behavioral health challenges.

What You'll Do

• Assist children in improving their social skills and communication abilities.
• Document progress and milestones of each child effectively.
• Implement behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide support in managing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, or related fields is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, or ABA Therapist is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in behavioral science or human development.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related behavioral health challenges.
