PSP Account Manager - Remote Opportunity in iGaming

About the Role

We are seeking a talented PSP Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This remote opportunity allows you to manage and develop relationships with payment service providers (PSP), banks, and aggregators, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. As a PSP Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our payment processes and metrics.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with payment service providers (PSP), banks, and aggregators.
• Communicate daily with providers regarding operational and commercial matters.
• Monitor and control payment methods, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Analyze metrics such as conversion rates, approval rates, declines, SLA, and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Tech PSP and internal teams (Payments, Product, Support) to optimize payment channels.
• Prepare reports on provider performance and payment processes.
• Participate in the optimization of payment channels to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PSP/Payments, preferably in iGaming or high-risk environments.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with providers.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 GEO.
• Understanding of integrations and payment cascades.
