PSP Account Manager - iGaming Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated PSP Account Manager (iGaming) remote to join our dynamic team in Limassol. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and aggregators. Your daily communication with providers will focus on operational and commercial matters, ensuring smooth payment processes and optimizing performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and aggregators.
• Communicate daily with providers regarding operational and commercial inquiries.
• Oversee the functionality of payment methods, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, approval rates, declines, SLAs, and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Tech PSP and internal teams, including Payments, Product, and Support.
• Analyze the effectiveness of payment channels and participate in their optimization.
• Prepare reports on provider performance and metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PSP/Payments, preferably in iGaming or high-risk sectors.
• Understanding of payment processes and key performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with providers.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 GEOs.
• Understanding of integrations and payment cascades.
