What You'll Do

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in procedures using an iPad.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately at the front counter, ensuring a smooth billing process.
  • Monitor the park for safety hazards and ensure compliance with park rules and regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing park structures and restrooms regularly.
  • Assist in organizing and executing family events, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory needs for snacks and beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from guests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for families.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate an iPad and manage cash transactions.
  • Must be comfortable in a busy and noisy environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to tolerate heights and tight spaces.
