Onsite Concierge Assistant Internship - Mallorca

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Onsite Concierge Assistant Intern to join our team at Le Collectionist in Mallorca. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the luxury travel industry, where you will assist in providing exceptional concierge services to our international clientele. As an Onsite Concierge Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and seamless experience during their stay. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to learn about the intricacies of luxury travel.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Conciergerie & Stay team in managing on-site concierge and property-related requests.
• Support pre-arrival preparations by gathering essential information for guest stays and updating property details in our internal systems.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring that properties are in pristine condition and ready for their stay.
• Participate in villa tours, guiding guests through the facilities and addressing any concierge requests.
• Help facilitate a smooth check-out process, documenting observations and assisting with billing and payments.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Arrival Team to strengthen our network of local partners for enhanced guest experiences.
• Engage in administrative tasks related to invoicing and payment collection.
• Contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, reflecting the Le Collectionist brand standards.

Requirements

• Pursuing studies in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the luxury and hospitality sector.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Customer-oriented with a warm personality, capable of creating lasting connections.
• Willingness to learn about the destination and its ecosystem.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in hospitality or concierge services.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services in Mallorca.
