Museum Project Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Museum Project Coordinator to join our team remotely. As a Museum Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and executing various museum events, ensuring that our cultural programs run smoothly and effectively. This remote position offers the opportunity to work closely with art clubs and communities, enhancing the museum's outreach and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule museum events (lectures, presentations, tours, etc.) for two months in advance, with weekly updates.
• Collaborate with art clubs and communities to conduct special programs at the museum.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from media, partners, and visitors.
• Coordinate the museum's preparations for events and participate in them.
• Work with experts to prepare audio guides, video lectures, and other content.
• Post information about events on the museum's website and partner resources.
• Oversee the production of museum merchandise from concept to realization.
• Coordinate volunteer activities at the museum.

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High motivation to work in a museum environment.
• Empathy and friendliness towards colleagues and visitors.
• Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel) and video editing tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project coordination or event management.
• Background in arts or cultural studies.
• Familiarity with social media management.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of 85,000 RUB plus a monthly bonus of 15,000 - 30,000 RUB.
• Flexible working schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or Monday to Friday (time negotiable).
