What You'll Do
- Drive quality for assigned suppliers, implementing quality plans and ensuring compliance with GE specifications.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and system assessments to maintain quality preparedness and process controls.
- Utilize supplier scorecards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Develop and maintain action plans for supplier qualifications and performance monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers to coordinate quality initiatives and resolve issues.
- Leverage your technical expertise to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Travel between 25% to 50% as required by the business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a high school diploma with 4+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Experience working with composites and raw materials is highly desirable.
- Proven history of problem-solving and data analysis in a quality context.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices.

- Experience with statistical analysis and quality methodologies.
