About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer - Salesforce CI/CD (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines for a large financial services representative-facing Salesforce technologies. As a key contributor, you will manage release processes for a mature retail platform while preparing for a greenfield migration to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) targeted for February 2027.

What You'll Do

  • Package code and maintain lower environments for Salesforce technologies.
  • Automate builds and deployments, troubleshooting issues such as Apex test failures during releases.
  • Support bi-weekly releases, transitioning to monthly post-FSC rollout.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to ensure smooth release processes.
  • Utilize GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD in cloud environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery and release management.
  • Strong mid-level DevOps experience with expert knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CLI for metadata and scratch org management.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for custom automations.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Salesforce environments.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator and/or Platform Developer).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot for automation.
  • Experience with Copado (a plus).
