About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level DDL/DML Developer to join our team remotely. As a Mid-Level DDL/DML Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and evolution of systems within a large network of credit cooperatives. You will contribute significantly to code quality and process improvement, making a tangible impact in our digital transformation efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and adjust functionalities for product evolution with consistency and precision.
  • Design and execute unit/automated tests (both functional and non-functional) to ensure quality assurance.
  • Conduct code reviews to enhance code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvements in development processes.
  • Investigate and resolve medium complexity technical issues proactively.
  • Manage your routine strategically, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team and other departments, sharing knowledge and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a DDL/DML developer.
  • Solid experience in development using SQL (Oracle, Progress, PL/SQL, SQL Server).
  • Knowledge and application of programming best practices and design patterns.
  • Experience with unit/automated testing and concepts of the Testing Pyramid.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to different contexts and technologies, including AI/FLOW.
  • Knowledge in software architectures and system integration (APIs).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Knowledge in Cloud Computing platforms.
  • Experience applying AI in development projects.
