About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join a dynamic, remote-first team. - Address project-related challenges promptly, making critical decisions to maintain quality, timelines, and budget.
- Maintain high standards in all deliverables, ensuring content and campaigns meet or exceed expectations.
- Actively engage in all aspects of the project lifecycle, contributing to strategy, creation, and execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and audience-focused content.
- Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Figma.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and content management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and meet deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Analytical thinking, organization, and a pragmatic approach to solving problems and executing projects.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
