About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join a dynamic, remote-first team. As a Marketing Operations Specialist remote, you will manage and execute content strategy, campaign management, and marketing projects from start to finish. Your work will directly influence brand messaging, campaign performance, and audience engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and create SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and gated assets such as ebooks or infographics.
  • Compile landing pages, CTAs, and sales collateral that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Track project performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across marketing, design, and sales teams.
  • Address project-related challenges promptly, making critical decisions to maintain quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Maintain high standards in all deliverables, ensuring content and campaigns meet or exceed expectations.
  • Actively engage in all aspects of the project lifecycle, contributing to strategy, creation, and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and audience-focused content.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Figma.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and content management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and meet deadlines across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Analytical thinking, organization, and a pragmatic approach to solving problems and executing projects.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
