Junior/​Middle Shopify Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior/Middle Shopify Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Shopify Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing the execution of Ecommerce projects for international clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with global brands in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Manage full project cycles for Shopify stores, from setup and theme customization to app integrations.
• Coordinate developers, designers, and marketers to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Communicate directly with clients in English via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Prepare and maintain timelines, budgets, and progress reports using ClickUp.
• Collect project requirements, write clear task descriptions, and oversee their execution.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
• Support account managers with estimates and documentation for project proposals.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions early in the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the design team to review and validate UX/UI before implementation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Ecommerce or web development.
• Solid understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including themes, apps, and checkout processes.
• Confident English communication skills (B2+) in both written and verbal forms.
• Experience with ClickUp, Figma, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Basic technical understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or Liquid is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude to address challenges effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a digital agency environment.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify Analytics.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles for Shopify stores.
